When buying a property, taking advantage of the knowledge and experience of a highly-skilled and well-trained real estate agent is of utmost importance.  Typically, the services that I provide to my Buyer clients comes at no expense to them.   The Seller pays the commission for both the listing and selling agents involved in a sale.  I offer Buyers a multitude of services at completely no cost:

• A mortgage pre-qualification report and pre-approval applications
• Finding suitable properties in Toronto and the surrounding area that meet your needs including proximity to highways, schools, employment, shopping, etc.
• Arranging showing appointments for these properties
• Showing properties to Buyers
• Preparing comparative market assessments for the Buyers preferred properties
• Drafting offers and contracts, including reviewing them to ensure they protect you
• I negotiate on your behalf to get you the best possible deal
• Referrals to reputable home inspectors, lawyers, and insurance brokers
